- ➤ In West Des Moines, the city and its water utility signed an agreement with Microsoft that requires future AI data centers to use zero-water cooling systems so water remains sufficient for 26,000 accounts. - ➤ Attorney Brian Jorde, who represents landowners fighting the Summit pipeline, was publicly reprimanded by the Iowa Supreme Court for filing a falsified affidavit in Iowa and South Dakota without permission.
