- ➤ A new modern interstate rest area opened today on I-80 near Victor. DOT Administrator David Bollenbaugh said the facility features murals, updated amenities like adult changing stations, adjustable tables, pet recreation and picnic areas, indoor WIFI, and plans to expand truck parking capacity.
