The Elizabeth Collins Foundation will hold its Ride and Drive Memorial Event on July 11 in Evansdale to honor cousins Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook — who disappeared on July 13, 2012 while riding their bikes. Proceeds will support Angels Park, Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers and efforts for families of missing persons.
